You can set a cookie bar up just like a candy bar, just instead of candy, fill the jars up with cookies! Cookies could easily be made at home or bought from a grocery store or bakery. I would recommend having a variety of flavors so that you can please everyone. Some good choices would be chocolate chip, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, macaroons, and any of your other favorites.
